1 week in

I've just done my first Energy workout of this week. I feel great for it, I had a bit of a wobble food wise this weekend but I'm back on it today, I've got my big green salad (recipe below) with some ham for lunch tommorow and had chicken, greens and sweet potato for my dinner tonight.

Back to the workout. I'm already seeing an improvement. It might not be much to some people but it's a lot for me. I can now hold broken table for nearly all of the time that ddp does in the energy workout video. 

I'm still hitting safety zone a lot but that's to be expected I feel. Seriously folks, if you're thinking about getting fitter do this, it is so good.

My big green salad:
Half an iceberg lettuce
Half a cucumber
2 bell peppers
3 large organic vine ripened tomatoes
Cracked black pepper and sea salt

I then add a portion of whole grain pasta and ham to bring it up to my meal plan :)
