Fat burner success and red hot core


Whoop, just succeeded at red hot core which I thought I'd try for fun tonight. Really enjoyed it but pulled on muscles I didn't know existed.

I also succeeded in getting to the end of fat burner. If you put your mind to it you can achieve anything you want to. Seriously folks.

Fat burner

Just attempted fat burner DDP yoga workout to mix things up a bit.

Ended up unable to complete it. Heart rate kept on getting up past safe limit (as in hitting 185+bpm) and even with extra safety zones and minimal engaging I couldn't get it to stay down. I will get better and will achieve this. Just a little gutted I couldn't make it till the end of the workout.

I will succeed.

1 week in

I've just done my first Energy workout of this week. I feel great for it, I had a bit of a wobble food wise this weekend but I'm back on it today, I've got my big green salad (recipe below) with some ham for lunch tommorow and had chicken, greens and sweet potato for my dinner tonight.

Back to the workout. I'm already seeing an improvement. It might not be much to some people but it's a lot for me. I can now hold broken table for nearly all of the time that ddp does in the energy workout video. 

I'm still hitting safety zone a lot but that's to be expected I feel. Seriously folks, if you're thinking about getting fitter do this, it is so good.

My big green salad:
Half an iceberg lettuce
Half a cucumber
2 bell peppers
3 large organic vine ripened tomatoes
Cracked black pepper and sea salt

I then add a portion of whole grain pasta and ham to bring it up to my meal plan :)

First energy workout done

DDPYoga Energy workout done for the 1st time. 

I Challenged myself and dug deep. Entered safety zone position quite a lot dud to my heart rate jumping over 170 but I will succeed over time and my cardio will improve so I have to hit the safety zone less. Seriously folks, this feels more like fun than getting fit....although the pain tommorow might beg to differ :P
